CA CPT is the entrance Exam, As per the eligibility you must have passed in 10+2 level (Senior Secondary) qualifying examination from any national or state recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.

After clearing CPT Exam & Result:
As per the rules of Chartered Accountants Regulation, 1988, If you

Your entire resume has to be described alongwith your skillsets and about past experience if any. Your future goals and how you look to achieve it. Questions on company and its portfolio

You need to go for Chartered Accountants course and appesr for CA Foundation course first after12th. 

Upon clearing you can appear for IPCC both groups. 

After clearing IPCC, you need to have 3years of articleship and ITT training only after that you appear for Final CA examination to earn certificate

You can apply for Accounting jobs at Banks, Audit Firms, Rating agencies, etc simply from job portals like Naukri, Glassdoor, Linkedin, etc or also on career section page of each conpany.
