Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science is a three year undergraduate program which focuses on the mathematical and theoretical foundation of computing rather than teaching specific technologies.
In ordet to be eligible to apply to this course, you are required to have passed Class 12 with minimum 50 percent marks or any other equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognized board.
So, yes you can take admission in this course even if you are from commerce stream. At the bachelor's level, you can do a diploma degree and through that you can have a chance of doing BTech.

The both courses are similar also BBA and Bcom offer similar career Opportunity.
But if the students interested to become a CA, CS or CFA, then B.com will be a Better option for students.
BBA is a 3 year undergraduate degree level course.
BBA offers knowledge and skills in the area of Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
