If a candidate is allotted seat in any round of the Maharashtra NEET UG CAP 2021 counselling but does not take admission or cancel the seat after taking admission will not be eligible to participate in the counselling. Such candidates will be considered as the candidates who are not interested to seek admission through the counselling. So you cannot participate in the subsequent rounds for admission to any of the courses through Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 CAP counselling if you have cancelled the seat or didn't take admission in the allotted institute. To cancel the seat you have to fill the Cancellation Letter given in Annexure X in Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Information Brochure. You have to submit the cancellation letter in the allotted institute and the institute will forward the letter to the competent authority. You have to cancel the admission before the cut off date specified, if you cancel the seat after the cut off date you have to pay a penalty of Rs. 3,00,000.
