during appearing for exam they generally chekc your full name, roll no, dob, etc. And also checl name and dob with your photo id proof, so if at that time they find it as mismatch, then you might get problem for appearing in exam. However you can do

Don't worry , there is no need to give your admit card to the invigilator its only for allowing you to write exam  and no need to worry about it
