Hello there,
NTA generally rejects the admit card of any candidate for the following reasons:
1. The application form is incomplete
2. More than one application form is submitted by a particular candidate
3. If the information provided doesn't match with the documents.

We would suggest you to write to NTA at their help desk: neet@nta.ac.in to get this clarified. It is true that you should mention the details as per the 10th marks sheet, but now, after the correction window has been closed, it is like being worried over spilled milk. We
