Hello Viraj,
You have not done right by this huge blunder! NTA always gives two to three chances to each and every candidate to change whatever he/she wants to change in his/her application form. And then also, you have neglected this mistake. You should not be such careless for this big competitive exam.
You will be strictly prohibited from giving NEET (UG) 2022 examination during document screening and verification before entering the exam hall.
Better will be that you write a request mail to NTA tell them all about your mistake and request to make the required changes. Although, your request will not be considered at all by NTA as they are very strict with their rules. Request may help you if your luck takes side of you. Otherwise, you start preparing for next NEET (UG) examination or you may change your field to other science stream like Biotechnology, B.Sc., Engineering or something like that.
Hope this helps. All the Best.
Thank You.
It is not a problem. Since nowadays all the exams and the processes are online, you don't have to worry about that. You will be getting your admit card from the official site. Just login by entering your application number and password. Your admit card will be available in your profile and download it. After that you have to go to an internet cafe and take print out. If you have applied for the exam then your admit card will definitely on your profile in the official site.

Hey aspirant
Nothing to worry you can correct it at the time of admission process or counselling . You can correct it by going to correction link of neet ,if it's too late, admit card is issued then can't correct. But that doesn't reject you from writting exam. You should correct it during councilling process
Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
You would encounter some difficulties if the DoB and your ID proof match.
Therefore, you should send a letter to the NTA outlining your problem. However, since the NTA rarely responds to emails so quickly, I would advise you to apply for session 2 as a new candidate with a different phone number and email address. Otherwise, you risk losing a crucial year, so it is preferable to appear for session 2 with all the necessary information.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck
