As of now the admit card for MHT CET 2021 is released for the candidates who are for PCM group. Admit card for PCB group will be released later. So if you are appearing for PCM group then you can download it in the candidate Portal using your application

Only name and photograph is verified in admit card as far as I know ,address is of least importance. So you need not worry. Take your aadhaar card if your name is matching with that of the admit card , even if the photograph is not dicto atleast it
