ISRO is a research organization in india of space science. isro doesnot have any educational programme. maybe there will be some internships for final year aeronautical student. on the contrary iist is a educational institute which provide bachelors degree in aeronautical engineering.

Aeronautical Engineering course can be taken by students who have completed their 10+2 with atleast 60% marks. The student selection for the course in college is based on JEE score. Some college also select students based on KVPY.

Admission in Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore is based on ranks obtained in COMEDK UGET examination. Well, the previous year cutoffs for Aeronautical engineering was around 44295. The marks vs rank for previous year was different as compared to year before that. It is also difficult to predict

You must opt for Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 11 if you want to become an aeronautical engineer in future. Your marks in 12th will be considered later for admission along with your marks in the entrance examination i.e. JEE. So, get admission into a good school

As both aerospace engineering and aeronautical engineering are prepared to design aircraft there is not a much difference in both.
However, aerospace engineering would likely to be combination of two specializations namely: aeronautical engineers who handle the design of aircraft and austronautical engineers who are specialised in designing
