Hey there buddy , could you please frame your question better ? But yeah if you mean the eligibility for aeronautical engineering , most colleges expect the eligibility to be 70 percentage aggregate in science.but yeah if you have any category reservation , there may be relaxation in the criteria

No, Delhi Technological University does not offer a course in aeronautical engineering. But there are other colleges in Delhi- like Delhi Institute of Aeronautical Science, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Lovely Professional University, etc which offer courses in Aeronautical engineering.
