Is IIT madras is good for aeronautical /aerospace engineering or IIT kharagpur. Please answer me

Blah blah 18th Mar, 2019

Dear Dev,

IIT Madras: This is the place you want to go if you love rockets and stuff. They have a good facility for Launch dynamics study, acoustic vibrations of launch pad, damping of vibrations and stuff.

IIT Kharagpur : IITKGP deals with mostly computers of the Aerospace field. They have good research going on the control systems, and programming part of the Aerospace field.

And if you have the option of IIST, then please join IIST. You’ll by default get placed in ISRO once you graduate from IIST, and their facilities are above par, much better than the IIT’s.

It takes admission through Jee Advanced through it's own separate counseling which is done in online mode.

Since you are from diploma, firstly you need to check our for the college providing lateral entry and what are their criteria for admission. Since the first year in engineering mostly consist of applied science subjects so this won't provide any problem to you in getting in your desired choice

As per resent year surveys aerospace engineering has good scope in future.

Aerospace engineering:

Aerospace is a vast domain. It is subdivided into Aeronautics and astronautics.but the fundamental concepts remain same for both aerospace and Aeronautical engineering.here it deals with aerautical and space science/ Technology.

Aeronautical Engineering deals with only aeronautics.it is all about dealing with aircrafts , rockets etc.
Which are operational beyond the atmosphere. Like space shuttles.aerospace is mechanical oriented.
.
If you want more information about this course once visit this below link you will get clear idea:
