The preferred undergraduate courses, for admission to M. Tech. Aerospace Engineering are B. Tech/B.E. in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Avionics/ CSE/ ECE/ Mech/ EEE/ EIE.

Both streams are best in there core fields but
As per the recent surveys Aeronautical engineering is best than bsc in physics. Because Aeronautical engineering has one of the streams mainly in Aerospace engineering.

You have some other options after your B.Tech. Like you can get admission in MBA college after giving a CAT exam, other is m.tech, preparing for civil services, become an entrepreneur, doing MS.
