Govt organisation's like ISRO, NAL, ADA, DRDL will hire only if you clear GATE exam and their vacancies are about only 5–10 seats/ per year for aero in particular
private companies like Airbus( manufacturing and R&D), Tata-Pilatus ( manufacturing), Boeing ( data management), Ramco( data) hire Aerospace Engineers.

As per your choice, you can go for SRM College of Science & Technology or Hindustan College of Science & Technology. Percentage between 70-80 in 12th is enough, with valid score in JEE Mains.
