No, you can't do that. It is advisable that you opt for M.Tech in Mechanical or M.Tech in Automobile which is related to your field, aeronautical is very different.

There are several colleges that provide lateral entry program i.e., direct admission to second year of B.Tech those you have passed Diploma with good percentage. So you can take admission in B.Tech second year after completing Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications.
