One must pass the qualifying exam i.e. IIT JEE for admission into Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) or the SRMJEE to apply to the aerospace engineering program they have.

Aerospace engineering and Aeronautical engineering both have almost the same syllabus. Only a few papers are different. Usually institutes offer aerospace engineering, which is why it has better job opportunities. So, Aerospace engineering will be a better option. All the best!

Others have not announced anything yet related to that.this data provided is few months old,so keep checking for some new psu that hire aerospace engineering students through GATE.
