Hello Disha Mam, Well, there are not many colleges in russia offering a world class aerospace course. There is one good college though. Moscow institute of physics and technology has a very high quality education course and graduate demand. The fee is around 5 lacs per year but you can definitely get a scholarship. In order to get admission there, your daughter will need to take an english proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS. You can apply and get more info about getting admission in that college through this official link: https://eng.mipt.ru/apply
Hello there,
The average salary of a aerospace engineer starts from 15 to 20 lakhs per annum and for an experienced candidate can go upto 35 to 50 lakhs per annum. Many government owned enterprises like ISRO, DRDO, HAL and NAL also employ them.
Hope this helps.
All the best!!!
Hello Spandan,
Initially during your btech tenure both subjects/branches has a lot of difference. As for mechanical you will learn about machine and its functioning while they will prepare to be specialized in aerodynamics. But when you will take aerospace for mtech than it will be aa great advantage for you being a mechanical student. It will help you to grab the topics easily and some might be related to.But initially it sill differ, but yes being a mechanical student will help you in future if you do masters in aerospace.
Hope it will help
Hi Spandan,
Good to know about your interest in a unique field. However, aerospace engineering is only an upcoming field of engineering and will take time to establish in more universities. If you get it, it's well and good. Otherwise take what you get and then maybe aim for a master's in the aerospace field. You could even try abroad. Mechanical is an interesting branch and you would enjoy it too.
All the best.
