Yes, you can do M.Tech Aerospace engineering after doing B.Tech Manufacturing engineering. However, most of times it depends on the college. Most colleges have the minimum qualification for admission to M.Tech is B.E. or B. Tech. with at least 50% (60% for IITs) marks in aggregate or equivalent
