To be honest your percentile in JEE Main 2019 is not very high and also keeping in mind your choice of branch, it is difficult to find colleges that you can apply in. You can try for Punjab Engineering College or Rajasthan Technical Institute or a few more.

At your rank.. getting an NIT is bit difficult unless there's a situation of a spot round of counseling
However..you can get Aeronautical Engineering department in IIEST Shibpur if you're interested in that.
