Firstly you are not mentioned that in which exam you get this rank.Ask questions properly!!!!!In private colleges the b tech fees for(aerospace/Cse) around 1.5 lakh per year.and in government college it is depend upon in which college you will get admission take an assumption around (40-70k)..per year.
