If you are interested in aerospace engineering, then you should take the dual degree course, and if you are interested in coding and programming, then you should go for CSE course in NIT Surathkal. Firstly you are not mentioned that in which exam you get this rank.Ask questions properly!!!!!In private colleges the b tech fees for(aerospace/Cse) around 1.5 lakh per year.and in government college it is depend upon in which college you will get admission take an assumption around (40-70k)..per year.
