Hey Sangeeta Das, With 7252 rank in JEE MAINS in SC Category you can get a seat in IIEST Shibpur with Aerospace engineering but there will be a lot of difficulty for that. Your rank is very good but in Aerospace Engineering you can even check other better colleges too

YES,there is direct method for admission in SASTRA university for B.Tech aerospace other than JEE score . you can get admission through stream 2
Only 10+2 (or equivalent) normalized scores will be considered while preparing the rank list of stream 2

To be an aeronautical engineer you would get a degree of Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Technology in aeronautical sciences.
The minimum qualification to get into an Engineering college is to pass 12th with Physics, Maths, chemistry and should secure minimum 75%.
