let me tell you the addmission is based on the rank not on the JEE mark nor the percentile as per the last year cut off the opening rank was 254 and closed rank under SC was 655

As per last year's cutoff for aerospace  engineering in IIT Kanpur, the opening rank for Sc candidate was 545 and the closing rank was 812. U need to check your rank first and then apply for the same. My answer is satisfying for your query hopefully.
