Average package offered in aerospace engineering is between 6-7LPA while in electrical engineering it is 5-6LPA but that's all in general. It would be better if you get to know the packages of some specific college in which you are willing to take the admissions.

I don’t think that this would be possible. Academic institutes accepts UGs from mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics for their masters programme, but a marine engineering graduate may not be accepted.

You may get AEROSPACE ENGINEERING at IIT KHARAGPUR Only. it is quiet difficult in other IIT's but since there is Female Reservation quota Available from this year (if you belong to), you may get it.
