I have got #56 marks in JEE-ADVANCED. and iam an SC student. So Is there any chance of getting into IIST(aerospace)??

According to the open and closing percentages for aerospace engineering at iist is about 17 percent though a bit higher than this and total marks of paper was 366 so according to that you might not be able to get into iist aerospace or for that matter any branch at

Hi,

According to last year statistics the cut off for OBC-NCL student to be called for counscelling at IIST is 115.You are not gauarenteed a seat even if you are invited for counscelling.It may be tough for you for getting seat in IIST.

Hi, For Aerospace Engineers there is no direct selection process. But ISRO conducts exam every year, recruiting EC, ME, CS students. Also you will a have tough time to get selected. Also there will be interviews after the written test to et in ISRO.
