To appear in RAS( Rajasthan Administrative Service) Exam you have to complete a Under Graduate course in any discipline. You can do AG Bsc as well as BA both are valid. But as you want to do preparation with graduation you should choose as course which interests you and

Dear Shilpa, yes. You can join Ag. B.Sc and appear for NEET. If you crack NEET next year, you can apply for TC in your College and you will be fine. Now there is no cap on upper age limit and the no.of times you can appear in NEET. So
