Ofcourse.  Till last year TNAU was not accredited by the ICAR and thus TNAU had to conduct it's own entrance exam to enroll students.  

But this year it is accredited by ICAR. Thus a student can apply for any of the one. But as per my knowledge,  ICAR is enough

Since this year's rankings are not yet declared, according to previous year general rankings and trends with a rank of 4900, you have a good chance of getting into College of Agriculture, Mandya. Since previous year's cutoffs were around 4,000-5,500.
