Yes, you can apply for admission into bsc if you pass your 2nd puc in supplementary. This is only if at the time of starting college you have cleared all subjects.

However, different universities have their own rules.

In UPSC, a student can take up any optional course of his/her own interest  irrespective of their field.

Being a maths student, if you are interested in agriculture you can definitely takeup agriculture as an optical subject .

yes You can surely apply for agriculture exam by ICAR exam.

Its only Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, and Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Science University that accepts ICAR entrance exam marks for admission in Tamil Nadu. The list of colleges that accept ICAR marks.
