For UG courses, general category candidates must have atleast 50% marks in 12th, obc and st/sc category students should have 40% marks in class 12th boards. As per my experience, if u get 400+/ 720 in the exam, you will get government colleges easily and they are affordable.

They use to solve agricultural problems related to power supplies, efficiency of machinery, pollution and environmental issues, and processing of agricultural products.

I am assuming that you have secured this marks out of 400, which comes around 77.5%. At this score chances are rare that you would get any scholarship. Also, the scholarship is awarded based on grand total and aggregate percentage secured by applicants applying for a scholarship.

I am afraid cut off is available only in the form of rank, so if your marks correspond with the cut off ranks then you have a good chance of admission.
