To pursue masters degree in agriculture, you need to pass B.Sc in the agriculture or relevant field. You cannot go for masters degree direct after passing Diploma in Agriculture. Candidates must have earned a bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, forestry or any other relevant field from a recognised institution

For every state cut off marks varies. As you didn't mention which state , it is not possible to tell the cut off mark for agriculture.

But the minimum eligibility  for applying agricultural counselling is 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent with at least 55% score
