Yes you can, but only after your course finished. A degree in agriculture department is enough to open fertilizer shop. You can register your office and business You can apply for agriculture input selling licence.

So once you're course finished and you're graduated you can apply for license.

Gujarath common entrance test is done for selection of candidates for btech and bpharm courses. You can't get admission for bsc agriculture via GUJCET. admission to bsc agriculture is based on your 10,12 scores. Some colleges also conduct entrance exam.

Exactly not predictable but you have SC rural category weightage with Agriculture Quota. You may get the seat in B.Sc. Ag. seat or may not be in KCET .
