Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, As per your rank for getting a govt college through ICAR this rank is  not sufficient . But you may try for private colleges for BSc agriculture, Biotechnology, Forestry, fisheries and other courses falling under it.

For your ICAR Rank you have little chances of getting B.Sc Agriculture, based on previous year's cut-offs. But you can try by applying for counselling and you can even try for Management quota seats in good Colleges.
