As you mentioned that you have got 65% in 12th and considering you also want to take admission in the best college in agriculture but I don't think that would be sufficient to get admission so I would recommend you to take keep some other college as back

1)Students should have passed 10+2 or senior secondary examination with at least 45% (40% for SC/ST category. )
