Hello aspirant
With 11k rank it is difficult to get agriculture seat as you do not have farmers quota.
As of last year cut offs for agriculture , sc, non farmer quota, au region,
General-7656 rank
Woman - 7592rank
You may get horticulture seat . For horticulture cut offs,
General- 12394rank
Woman-8264rank
You may get payment seat in agriculture and horticulture. Their cut offs are
Agriculture( payment) - 15758rank
Horticulture ( payment ) - 31422rank
The above cut offs are of last year and are subject to change depending on difficulty of paper and number of students who attended the exam.
Hope this helps. All the best.
Sorry but there are less chances for you to get a seat in the agriculture. As per your percentile secured in MHT CET 2020, if you had scored within 18000, then chances would have increased for you to get admission into government institute. But don't worry, this is an assumption and the cutoff also gets changed year wise and from college to college, so check the results to see if you have managed to pass or not else you can pursue in the private institute offering agriculture course.

According to your rank, you have tough chances to get admission in Agriculture/Horticulture Government College through AP EAMCET. The previous years' cutoff trends for SC in B. Sc. Agriculture is 6500-6900, and for B. Sc. Horticulture is 8600-8800.
You can get admission in private colleges where the rank range was 10760-10765 for Agriculture Course and 11820-11830 for Horticulture Course.
Hope this information helps you.
Feel free to ask more questions.

Dear aspirant, L
Looking at previous year cutoff trends and results you have quite good marks in kcet. So you may have a fair chance of getting admission. However seats are limited. So I suggest you wait till second third round of counseling. For further details you can visit the following link

Regards!
Please mention the name of the exam from which the student experts can identify the cutoff basis. Anyways, with such a huge rank, it is not possible to secure a seat in the agriculture, be you're a general or OBC or SC/ST category candidate. Had you had tried to secure a rank within 20,000 atleast, then we could've been able to consider. Better, it is suggested to give an another try so that you will be able to secure within the minimum qualifying range. Else you can try out your luck in the private institutes offering agriculture program.
Hope, it helps you. Better luck next time.
