As mentioned above I got 122 in pcb and 281 in pcb boards I was able to write agriculture practical exam but not wrote due to some issues will I be considered under agriculture quota during veterinary counseling

since you did not attend the agriculture practical exam, you likely won't be eligible for the agriculture quota during veterinary counselling. most states require completion of both theory and practical for quota consideration you'll still be considered under the general or category quota based on your PCB scores.
