have good facilities related to hostel and extra curricular activities
and yes it is certified to ICAR

Based on previous year cut off, you have tough chances of getting B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Community Science, B.Sc. Horticulture and B.Sc. Forestry in government colleges through ICAR. Last year the cut off for OBC category was an all India rank of around 6000-7000.
