You didn't mentioned your state whether you belong to telangana or AP . As yo got 29,000 rank and belongs to sc category you may have chances to get seat in private institutes . getting seat in best college is quite difficult.

It depends on your rank but you have mentioned your marks. Candidates securing rank below 10,000 in TS EAMCET will get free seat irrespective of their category. So, if your rank is in between 1-10,000 then you are eligible to get free seat if your rank is above 10,000
