According to categories basis:

  • General:  above 90 marks for sure.
  • For SC / ST :  76-80 marks.

Congratulations on getting 2606 rank, but im not sure about getting in Coimbatore University, but there are many other colleges, like SSN, St. Josephs, Satyabhama, Sai RAM, Jeppiar.

But, i think you will get seat in Coimbatore University.
