Since the rank you scored is very high it is very difficult to get Agricultural bsc in any college. For getting agricultural bsc you need to score a rank below 6,000.

However with your rank, you can expect

Food technology (svu region)

Horticulture (svu region)

No, you won't be eligible to get a seat in veterinary science or B.SC agriculture with a rank of 30000 in BC-E category. Better you should try for next year and try to score more than the minimum cutoff range according to your category else you can opt

11131 is an extremely high rank in AP EAMCET. There is no chance that you will get back agriculture seat in a government college. Even if you have economically weak section reservation, it is still not possible for you to be part of any of the government institutions
