There is no payment seat facilities are available for bsc agriculture course in Karnataka but without entrance exam you can take seat some of private college in Karnataka basis in merit admission based on your 12th results .

To get seat in BSc Agriculture you need at least 50% marks in 12th for appearing (CET) . To get seat in BSc Agricultural you need to get above 50% marks in CET . As only around 1200 seats are there your ranking should be below 5000
