Yes , you can take agriculture in your 10+2 and then you can even give NEET examination provided you also have studied Physics, chemistry, biology and English in your 10+2  and

must have passed in both the theory and practical  of PCB with at least 50 % in aggregate

As per your board results it is enough for the agriculture studies. The minimum percentage required for agriculture studies is 50-60%. Rest is actually based on the entrance examination result conduct by the various universities. There are several universities those who accept various entrance examination.

After getting qualifying marks in NEET one can expect veterinary seats in government veterinary colleges. 15% all India quota is available. 855 is is for or State quota. You have to score at least 40% decided qualifying marks and above  being 2A category student.

Considering previous year cutoffs you could get :

College of Agriculture Hassan : B.Tech Food Technology, Chances are less but you can get, if and only if you are under 2A(Karnataka) and not 2A General.

Other than this college you can't get any college.
