Hello there,
IITs mostly offer agriculture related courses for M.Tech. You cannot apply for M.tech after BSc Agriculture since it requires a B.tech degree. Few IITs offer MSc in agriculture related courses. For that, you need to appear in IIT JAM and score a good rank there.

Yes, you can get admission for Bsc in agriculture with pcb background. The students from both the stream PCB and PCM can opt for Bsc in agriculture. only difference is that you will study math as a subject  in the first year. But choose your university wisely . choose the

As far as agriculture is concerned the marks required varies from state to state. There are different exams like ICAR Entrance exam (postponed till further announcement) , TS EAMCET etc.
