No , NEET examination is not required for getting admission in bsc agriculture. Neet is required to get admission in only medical courses like mbbs, bhms, bams, bds etc dear.

You are already persuing a B.Sc degree and in my option it would be better option if you will go for full time agricultural business management course instead of Diploma because that will get more exposure and u opportunity in future in comparison to diploma.

ICAR is the governing body which conducts AIEEA UG entrance examination all over India to provide admissions to the candidates in BSc agriculture courses. The colleges which come under it are generally government colleges. If you have the domicile of Bihar, you can go for ICAR AIEEA UG

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is an autonomous body responsible for co-ordinating agricultural education and research in India. It does not offer bsc agriculture course whereas BHU is one of the best universities that offer bsc agriculture course.
