If you see from the job perspective or from the higher education eligibility criteria then its required that you should have passed the bachelors from a government recognized college. So you have nothing to worry about. PCI is a government affiliating authority so you will not face any problem in future.

AICTE has declared that now to get admission in BE/Btech engineering colleges (approved by AICTE), it is not mandatory to have physics of mathematics in 12th class. This rule will come into effect from the academic year 2021-22 onwards. Students having any three subjects from the following listed subjects in 12th class are eligible to apply for BE/BTech in AICTE approved colleges:
