NEIMS Jorhat is a private institution, and it provides 9 courses across 2 streams namely Management and Hotel Management for both UG & PG courses.
For studying Master of Tourism Management Course, here is the basic eligibility criteria,
--> Students securing 60% and above in Graduation in any discipline and also physically fit and presentable as per the requirement of the industry will get the direct admission.
--> Students securing less than 60%, will have to appear in personal interview by NEIMS.
Note - The accreditation of AICTE is only for UG regular course of Hotel Management and Catering Technology which was given in the year 2013.

No there will be no problem. If you see from the job perspective or from the higher education eligibility criteria then its required that you should have passed the bachelors from a government recognized college. So you have nothing to worry about. PCI is a government affiliating authority so you will not face any problem in future.

AICTE has declared that now to get admission in BE/Btech engineering colleges (approved by AICTE), it is not mandatory to have physics of mathematics in 12th class. This rule will come into effect from the academic year 2021-22 onwards. Students having any three subjects from the following listed subjects in 12th class are eligible to apply for BE/BTech in AICTE approved colleges:
Entrepreneurship
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
Business Studies
Engineering Graphics
Agriculture
Technical Vocational Subject
Biotechnology
Informatics Practices
Biology
Information Technology
Electronics
Computer Science
Also, students except for PCM group, will be offered a Suitable Bridge Course by their respective universities to prepare them for the B.E/B.Tech degree courses.

AICTE will approve technical courses providing institutes. Arts colleges will be affiliated to UGC approved Universities. Colleges won't provide distance education. Universities will do that. You can search them in the official website of the particular University.

BPT admission doesn't happen through neet. Bpt admision usually happens through different colleges entrance exam for BPT. As you are from jammu & kashmir, The admission will be based on Merit list of common entrance test conducted by Board of Professional studies of Jammu & Kashmir State.
So there is no need to appear in neet for BPT course.

You can opt for M.tech/MBA after your B.tech. Their are many good colleges in Mumbai which provide this programmes which are AICTE approved.
For MBA:- NMIMS, SMSOM IIT Bombay, K J somaiya, JIBMS, S.P Jain, Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research and many more.
For M.tech:- IIT Bombay, K J somaiya, VJTI, Sardar Patel College Of Engineering, Institute of Chemical Technology, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Vivekanand Education Society's Institute Of Technology and many more.
Their are plenty for colleges in Mumbai but this colleges are the best, Here just you want to score more in the entrance exam - (M.tech- GATE) and (MBA-CAT).
