In my opinion I would suggest you to go with DEEMED university because eif the reason such as the deemed university will conduct their own entrnace examination and would award their own degree. A univeridty is considered as deemed as if their status is granted by an Act of parliament to be considered equivalent to any UGC funded university.
The AICTE accredit pg programs and graduate programs under specific categories by Indian Institution as per its charter.
So it is better to do btech through deemed university .

UIET ( University Institute of Engineering and Technology ) is under BBAU (Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University).
It offers B,Tech and MBA courses.It is one of the good and recognized college . It has great placement records and offers good college life .
It is approved by AICTE, and is a state level college . To be eligible for the college, one should have 50% marks in class 12th and having PCM (Physics,Chemistry & Mathematics) subjects are mandatory. It also offers M.Tech course.
The admission can be done through JEE Main or through the test conducted by University .
