I hope you are doing well.
According to the AICTE, you can study BTech without having to take Mathematics and 14 other obligatory topics. However, these new rules are not yet in effect and will be with the NEP 2020.
As a result, you will need Mathematics to pursue CSE at this time. Now, if you didn't get mathematics in 10+2, you can get it via an open schooling programme like NIOS, which will qualify you for the course.
