Hello. There is no state quota to get admission in AIIMS. Nevertheless there is only option of JIPMER, from which you can get admission opting for state quota.
NEET scores will only help you get into AIIMS.

AIIMS is a prestigious Medical institute that used to conduct its own entrance examination. However, from 2020 onward, admissions to all medical colleges will be done through NEET only and other entrance examinations like AIIMS and JIPMER will be cancelled.

No. AIIMS do not offer Bachelors in Pharmacy, so no entrance exam is conducted for bachelors in Pharmacy. AIIMS however do offer MSc. in Pharmacology.
