In many exams there's a rule that candidates' fingers should not be coated with stamped ink/mehndi/colour. However AFCAT hasn't mentioned any specific rules regarding that.

They have mentioned in guidelines that no electronic devices or gadgets will be allowed inside the AFCAT examination centre like mobile phones, smartwatches, bluetooth
