Hello Aspirant,
The educational criteria for flying branch is a minimum of 60% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level and graduation with a minimum of three years degree course in any discipline or B.Tech from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent or should have cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
For ground duty technical post, the eligibility is a minimum of 60% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level along with a minimum of four years degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/ Technology preferably electronic or mechanical from a recognized University .
So basically you need 60% or above in both math and physics to be eligible for both .

In AFCAT. Fyling branch, Ground duty(technical) and Ground duty (non-technical) are the 3 posts you can apply for.
As far as the educational qualification is concerned , for flying duty , candidates must have passed Class 12 with 60% in Maths and Physics and graduated in any discipline/BE/BTech/Cleared section A and B exam of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India with 60%.
For Ground Duty (technical) -Candidates must have completed Class 12 with 60% in Physics and Mathematics and a minimum of four years degree graduation/integrated post-graduation in Engineering/Technology from recognized university.
Or,
Should have cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India or Graduate membership examination of the institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies with 60% in computer, electrical, electronics ,instrumentation & control or IT specializations in engineering.
So without 60% in both math and physics in class 12 ,you are not eligible to apply for technical posts.
On the other hand ,
For Ground Duty (non-technical)
The educational requirements are as follows:

Dear aspirant

Cleared Section A and B examination of Associate membership of Institute Engineers or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
I assume that you are asking about AFCAT application. In that case , for graduation , being a final student, you can write the marks or percentage secured by you till the previous semester or year means if it is a 3 year course then enter the percentage secured till the 4th semester or 5th semester (if it has been declared). If it is CGPA then you have to convert into percentage . Only unmarried candidates between the age of 20-24 are eligible to apply. Also note that you should not have any backlogs at the time of AFSB Testing and should produce the degree certificate issued by the University as per the date stipulated in the notification.

Candidates who are in final year of the qualifying exam must enter their aggregate percentage until the semester or year for which the results were declared. If it is 3 year B.Sc then you need to enter the aggregate percentage that you have scored until 2nd year or 4th semester whichever is applicable (or 5th semester if the results are declared). If CGPA is given then you need to convert it into percentage as per the formula specified by your institute or university. If there is no formula then you need to multiply the CGPA obtained by the maximum CGPA and multiply it with 100 and obtain the percentage.
No you cannot apply for AFCAT as the age limit to be eligible for AFCAT is that the candidate should be between 20 years - 24 years for Flying Branch and 20 years - 26 years for Technical and Non-technical Branches and the minimum education qualification required to be eligible for AFCAT is that the candidate should have completed graduation. So no you are not eligible for AFCAT. Indian Air Force (IAF) mentioned the eligibility criteria of AFCAT 2021 in its official notification. Candidates who fulfill the AFCAT 2021 eligibility criteria can apply for the AFCAT 2021. So first you need to complete you graduation and reach the age of minimum 20 years you are not eligible for AFCAT.
