Hello dear
Unfortunately you are not eligible for either flying branch or technical ground duty branch because both of these branches have clearly mentioned eligibility criteria that you must have 50% marks in both physics and mathematics in 10+2 as well as an agreegate of 60% in graduation but yes you are eligible for non technical ground duty branch.
So If your goal is to become a part of the most advanced line of defence of our nation as an officer irrespective of branch alloted then you should give AFCAT. Focus on your exam and give your best to get recommended.
All the best for your future.
Technically, diploma holders are not eligible to apply for AFCAT. The minimum educational requirement is a graduation degree of minimum three years from a recognized university. If u do Btech after diploma then you are eligible only for ground duty branch not for flying and technical branch.

If you are enquiring about the percentage of marks that you need to enter in AFCAT application then you have to mention the percentage that you have scored till the semester the results were declared. For example if the results for 4th semester or 2nd are released then you need to calculate the percentage that you have scored till 4th semester or 2nd year in AFCAT application. You will be eligible to apply for AFCAT provisionally, if you qualify in AFCAT then you need to obtain the result of the qualifying examination that is Bachelor's Degree on or before the cut off date.
