Your profile suggests that you are from Rajasthan. Based on previous year cut of, it is difficult for you to get a government medical seats under 85% State Quota. But, you can get management quota seats in the following colleges in through 85% State Quota -

Hello,

Based upon your category rank of 32380, you have chances for management quota seats in private colleges for admission to BDS course. Now it is difficult to predict the exact chances since the cutoffs change every year. Also for Maharashtra the state quota are divided  between 70% regional quota

Hello,

at a neet score of 538 and air 56000 you have less chances of getting into government medical colleges from all india quota.

You can still try for private institutions and  deemed colleges as domicile is not needed for them.
