Since you have not mentioned your category, i am considering you as a GENERAL category student. Looking at the previous year NEET PG Cutoff for General Category student, you have good chances to get MD/MS/DNB seat in Private Medical Colleges or Deemed universities and few/less chances to get
Yes, you can join Indian Air force's ground duty branch, however you can't do it directly after your 12th standard, you need to have a graduation degree from a recognised University and you can appear for AFCAT exam in the final year of your graduation or after it.

I hope you are doing good. The cutoff is based on your General rank and not in category rank. With 4945 rank , As from previous trends there are very low chances of getting seat in NLIU Bhopal.
