To be eligible for becoming an Air Traffic Controller in India, you should have a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc in Science) with physics and mathematics as mandatory subjects or else you should have Engineering Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Radio Engineering / Electrical or Master’s Degree in Electronics

The eligibility criteria is to have any degree Bsc science or btech degree in any equivalent field in order to give exam. So you can do engineering in telecommunications or in radio engineering. The choice is all yours. Though electronics and telecommunications is preferable so that you have knowledge
